Our Story
The idea for Rustic Ridge Cabins and Campground began in 2023. We could see a need for a fully functional campground with cabins in the Versailles, Missouri area. With our love of the Lake of the Ozarks, SXS riding, and camping, we designed Rustic Ridge. We decided to begin with eight cabins and six RV sites. Construction began in the Spring 2024. April 2024
Cabin 1 was a learning experience. We decided to make some changes with Cabin 2 to speed up our progress. You'll notice changes to our ceiling and colors.
May 2024
Cabin 2 and 3 build continues.
June 2024
A total of six cabins have been set on the property. We have a lot of work ahead of us.
July 2024
We were lucky to have lots of help from our kids this month. Lots of activity in Cabins 3 through 6.
August 2024
We are over schedule at this point and fearing the end of summer is coming closer. RV site work begins. Water and electric trenches are dug.
October 2024
Our deep well has been dug, Missouri Department of Natural Resources has tested our water, and we are finally OPEN FOR BUSINESS!
